Fees

Session fees are paid in advance and sessions are sold in single sessions (60 mins) or in bundles. Once a session (or bundle) has been purchased, it is not refundable.

Confidentiality & Safety

Consultation sessions are done virtually. Sessions take place over Zoom or phone depending on your preference. You will be asked to indicate your preference upon booking.

Schedule Changes

I require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a call. If you are not available within 15 minutes of your scheduled session time, the session will be forfeited and you will be charged for the missed session.

Session Preparation

New Clients: Submit intake paperwork 24-hours in advance of our session. If you do not submit your new client paperwork at least 24-hours prior to our session, I will be forced to cancel our non-refundable session.

Existing Clients: Complete your session prep form at least 24-hours prior to our session.

Termination of Services

Coaching services can be terminated by either party at any time and for any reason. Upon receipt of an email notification cancelling services, the coaching relationship will be discontinued effective immediately.
